The School of Nursing, Eket, is now accepting applications for the Basic Nursing and Midwifery programme for the academic session 2023/2024. Prospective candidates are encouraged to obtain the admission form within the specified timeframe.
The admission process is set to take place from Monday, October 2nd, to Friday, October 20th, 2023, between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm daily (excluding public holidays and weekends). It is crucial to submit your application before the deadline, as late applications will not be considered.
Registration will exclusively occur at the school’s main campus.
Candidates are required to pay the following fees:
- Indigenes: N 14,000.00 (including N5,000.00 for registration, N8,000.00 for processing, N500.00 for Nursing and Midwifery Committee, and N500.00 for a customized file).
- Non-Indigenes: N 16,000.00 (including N7,000.00 for registration, N8,000.00 for processing, N500.00 for Nursing and Midwifery Committee, and N500.00 for a customized file).
To be eligible for admission to the School of Nursing, Eket, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Recent color passport photographs
- Educational Certificate (FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB)
- Birth certificate or Age Declaration
- Certificate of Local Government of Origin
- Change of name if applicable
Prospective students must be at least 17 years old and not more than 35 years old before obtaining the admission form. Age verification documents, such as a birth certificate or an age declaration affidavit, will be required during the application process.
