- Indigenes: N 14,000.00 (inclusive of processing fee, Nursing and Midwifery Committee fee, and customized file)
- Non-Indigenes: N 16,000.00 (inclusive of processing fee, Nursing and Midwifery Committee fee, and customized file)
Admission Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:
- Original and two photocopies of relevant certificates (FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB)
- Recent color passport photographs
- Birth certificate or Age Declaration
- Certificate of Local Government of Origin
- Change of name documents if applicable
