- Our Client is looking to Hire Head of Sales.
- She must be highly sociable, have a knack for motivating others to meet goals in a sales enviroment, is optimistic,an excellent leader, should be able to build cohesive sales team.
- She must demostrate a commitment to learning and strive for growth.
- Work on sales script with agents
- Set individual sales target with sales team
- Develop a sale strategy to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues.
- Track, collate and interprete sales figures and reporting.
- control expenses and monitor budgets
- maintain client relationships
- stay informed on Real Estate industry.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years proven experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred
- proven organisational and planning ability
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Must be able to think strategically, understand the real Estate industry, and have a managers mindset
