Sunmei International is a hotel chain franchise group that originated in China in 2010 and started its business operation in Africa in 2018 with the goal of becoming the largest hotel management group in Africa.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Development Director
Location: Lagos
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies in Nigeria, ensure group to achieve the hotel chain expansion strategic goals in Africa;
- Responsible for the formation and management of the Nigeria BD team, leading BD team to complete the company’s annual expansion and franchising hotel signing task in Nigeria;
- Conduct research and analysis on similar products of competitors, maintain market sensitivity, understand market demand, seek and grasp market opportunities. Conduct client analysis, explore client needs, develop new clients and new market areas.
- Establish good cooperative relations with clients, participate in the negotiation and signing of major contracts of the company.
Qualifications
- Full-time graduated from high standard university, preferred with experience in studying abroad;
- More than 5 years of marketing or business development management experience, at least 2 years in director-level position.
- Familiar with the Nigeria hotel market, having working experience in large franchising and management hotel group or tourism services companies or Internet companies or brand management companies.
