We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Import Documentation Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Responsible for checking all import documents accurately within specific deadline (commercial invoice / packing list / Bill of Lading / Certificate of origin / Certificate of Analysis etc)
- Communicating with all overseas suppliers for import documents regarding corrections in the documents till the time they dispatch original documents to our Bank
- Applying PAAR in the Bank
- Applying form M for new shipment
- Tracking online for consignment under high sea to check the arrival date
- Maintaining record/data sheet on a daily basis for all the updates of the consignment.
- Following with the bank when original documents arrives in the Bank so they dispatch the documents to our office on time
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 2 years relevant work experience.
Office Time:
- Office timing 9am to 6pm – Monday to Friday,
- Saturday 9am to 2pm.
