PTI Post-UTME Screening Registration For 2023/2024 Out

Eligibility Criteria:

1. First Choice Candidates:

   • Applicants who selected PETROLEUM TRAINING INSTITUTE, EFFURUN as their first choice of Institution and scored 130 and above in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are eligible to apply.

2. Change of Institution:

   • Candidates who did not initially choose PTI as their first choice but scored 130 and above can still apply. However, they must be willing to change their first choice to PTI before the screening date.

Important Dates:

• Application Period: Monday, 29th May 2023, to 31st July 2023.
• Screening Exercise: 7th – 9th August 2023.

Application Process:

1. Visit the official PTI website at www.pti.edu.ng.
2. Click on the “Programmes Menu,” select “National Diploma & Higher National Diploma Programmes,” and click “Apply Here” under the National Diploma Programmes.
3. Fill in the “Post UTME Applicant Sign On” page, click on “Sign Up” (remember to note down your username and password), and click submit.
4. Proceed to the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) page to generate the RRR code.
5. Print the RRR code page and make the payment of N2,000.00 at any bank. Keep the RRR printout for reference.
6. Return to the PTI website, click on “Students’ Menu,” and select “Applicant Login.”
7. Enter your username and password, then fill in the online Post UTME screening form.
8. Bring the completed screening form, RRR code printout, JAMB result, and O’Level result to the Examination/Interview Centre.

Important Notes for Applicants:

1. Ensure correct entry of JAMB registration number, valid mobile phone number, and email address for communication with the Institute.
2. Consistency in names, pictures, and information on documents is crucial. Any discrepancy may lead to disqualification.
