KSU Post-UTME/DE Screening Form For 2023/2024 session is out

The Prince Abubakar Audu University, (PAAU), Anyigba, has officially announced the commencement of its Post UTME screening for the 2023/2024 academic session. Aspiring candidates are invited to take note of the eligibility criteria, application process, and screening schedule outlined below.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the Post UTME screening, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Institution of First Choice: The screening exercise is open to candidates who applied to Prince Abubakar Audu University, (PAAU), Anyigba, as their institution of first choice.
2. UTME Score: Candidates must have scored at least 140 marks in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
3. O’level Requirements: Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) O’level credit passes in relevant subjects according to the University’s entry requirements. These subjects include conventional courses in Arts, Sciences, and Social Sciences.
4. Mandatory Subjects: For candidates applying to Management Sciences, Economics and Mathematics are mandatory subjects.
5. O’level Upload: It is mandatory for candidates to upload their O’level results during the application process on the JAMB CAPS platform. No admission will be offered without the proper O’level documentation.
6. Awaiting Results: Candidates awaiting their O’level results may apply but should clearly indicate this during the application process.

Application Details:

Application Period: The application period is from July 21st to August 15th, 2023.

Application Fee: The cost of the application form is N2000 only.

Application Process:

1. Candidates should apply online at https://portal.ksu.edu.ng/ and make payments using their ATM debit cards.
2. All candidates must submit relevant certificates (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, etc.) with correct examination numbers, dates, types, and scratch card PINs.
3. Candidates are advised to preview and confirm that all entered information is correct before submission.

Direct Entry Candidates:

Direct Entry candidates who chose Prince Abubakar Audu University, (PAAU), Anyigba as their institution of first choice are also required to complete the online application. The minimum entry grade is an Upper Credit.

Screening Exercise Schedule:

1. Screening Dates: The Post-UTME screening will take place from Monday, August 21st, to Saturday, September 9th, 2023.
2. Scheduled Dates: Candidates should note that their screening exercise date is as scheduled in the slip they will print out after online registration. It is crucial to adhere strictly to these dates.
3. Document Upload: Candidates are required to upload all relevant documents on CAPS as provided for by JAMB to facilitate the University’s access to these details.
4. Admission Process: Admission will not be processed without the proper uploading of O’level results on JAMB CAPS, as required by JAMB.
5. Misconduct Warning: Any candidate found involved in admission misconduct or malpractice will be denied admission. If such admission has already been granted, it will be withdrawn upon discovery of the misconduct.
