Job Description
- Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions.
- Informing customers about bank products and services.
- Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, bank supplies, and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Managing the administrative processes, records management, document control in the branch.
Requirements
- B.Sc, HND, OND.
- Minimum of Second Class Lower, Lower Credit and Merit respectively.
- 1 – 3 years work experience.
- Must not be more than 30 years old.
- Exceptional time management.
- Communication and customer service skills.
- High level of accountability.
Salary
N75,000 – N90,000 monthly (Net) + 13th Month, Pension, HMO, Leave
