Job Description
- Tenaui Africa is looking for an efficient and reliable Customer Service representative to help us develop our business activities.
- You will be responsible for building business by identifying and maintaining relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and routing service calls accordingly for positive response.
- Identifying problem areas and determining solutions to implement charges and responses.
- Carrying out due diligence on customer’s issues and complaints as required and necessary
- Follow up on calls to make sure the best of services is maintained.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in any discipline.
- 2 years cognate experience.
- Age bracket: 25 years to 35 years
- Excellent communication skill.
- Good sense of humor and temperament.
- Ability to manage stress and work under pressure.
- Well-groomed and poise.
- product and industry knowledge would be an added advantage.
