Commencement of Registration

The University of Cross River State (UNICROSS) announces the commencement of online registration for prospective candidates who chose UNICROSS as their first choice and scored 140 and above in the 2023 UTME examination. The registration process kicks off on Monday, July 10, 2023.

Registration Fee

To access the online application form, candidates are required to pay a screening fee of two thousand Naira (₦2,000.00). This fee is payable online using Master/Visa/Verve ATM cards or through any commercial bank using Remita via the school’s online application portal.

Registration Procedure

Follow these steps for a seamless registration process:

1. Visit the UNICROSS official website: Log on to www.unicross.edu.ng.
2. Navigate to the EDU-PORTAL: Click on EDU-PORTAL, which will redirect you to https://portal.unicross.edu.ng.
3. Access the Post UTME Page: Click on the “Apply Now” button on the homepage to go to the Post UTME page.
4. Enter JAMB Registration Number: Type in your JAMB Registration Number and click the “Check” button to proceed. Confirm your details and create an account once your JAMB Registration Number is verified.
5. Provide Email and Phone Number: Enter your valid email address and phone number to create an account. Click the “Submit” button. Verify your email through the sent verification mail.
6. Continue Registration: Click on “Continue Registration” in your mail to proceed.
7. Payment: Proceed to the POST-UTME/DE screening payment page. Pay online with Master/Visa/Verve ATM cards or at any commercial bank after generating the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR).
8. Receive Login Details: After successful payment, your applicant login details will be sent to your email.
9. Sign In: Enter the email and password in the text boxes and click “Sign In” to log in to the applicant page. Change your password on the first login.
10. Change Password: Click on “Proceed” to change the applicant password. Enter the current and new passwords in the text boxes.
11. Applicant Dashboard: On successful password change, you will be directed to the applicant dashboard page.
12. Bio Data: Click on “Bio Data” on the sidebar to view and update applicant details.
13. UTME and O’Level Results: Add your UTME result on the UTME result page and your O’Level details on the O’Level result page.
14. Upload Documents: Click on “Upload Document” to upload necessary documents, including the 2023 UTME Result Slip, O’Level Result(s), WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Scratch Card(s) details, 8.5c/HND/ND/NCE Certificate (for Direct Entry Candidates Only), Birth Certificate, and Certificate of Origin.
