- The International Recruitment and Development Program (IRDP) is a two-year program that hires high-potential MBA and Master’s students from around the world and helps them develop into the leaders of tomorrow. Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For:
- Full-time MBA or Master’s degree required, either currently enrolled in the program or having graduated no more than 12 months before application
- Permanent work authorization for Nigeria or Kenya or Ghana
- Minimum of three-to-five years’ experience
- Permanent work authorization and language fluency for countries of interest
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Ability to develop solutions using data-driven insights
