FULAFIA Post-UTME/DE Screening Form 2023/2024

Requirements for Screening:

To be eligible for the screening exercise, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Five (5) O’ Level credits in relevant subjects, including Mathematics and English Language, obtained in not more than two (2) sittings.
2. A JAMB UTME score of 170 and above (with specific scores for certain programs).
3. Direct Entry candidates should have a minimum of Merit grade.
4. Federal University of Lafia must be chosen as the first choice during JAMB registration.

Registration Period:

The registration window is open from August 25, 2023, to September 24, 2023. Applicants are required to pay a screening fee of N2,000.

Procedure for Admission Screening:

1. Visit the official portal: https://my.fulafia.edu.ng/
2. Click on “APPLY” to create an account.
3. Select “Post UTME Application 2023/2024,” enter your JAMB Number, Email, and desired Password, then click “Proceed.” Log in with the provided details.
4. Copy the unique ID that starts with FULUG and log in again using the ID.
5. Verify displayed information, fill in missing biodata, and save.
6. Make payments through various options: Mastercard, Bank Branch, USSD, Internet Banking, or eWallet.
7. Payment must be initiated from the MIS Platform for successful registration.
8. If paying online, continue with registration immediately after successful payment. If using other options, log in again for payment verification.
9. Fill in SSCE details, scratch card details, and save.
10. Navigate back to the portal, refresh the page, and print out the summary of your application and payment receipts.
11. Await notification of admission.

Important Note:

Remedial and IJMB students must also participate in the Post-UTME screening.
