FUGASHUA Post-UTME Screening Form For 2023/2024 Session

Are you aspiring to pursue a degree at the Federal University, Gashua? The wait is over! The university has officially announced the commencement of the online screening for the 2023/2024 Academic Session, starting from September 10th, 2023, to October 11th, 2023.

Eligibility for Screening:

Whether you are a UTME candidate who has scored 140 and above or a Direct Entry candidate who has selected Federal University Gashua as the First Choice with Distinction, Credit, or merit in NCE, IJMB (6 points & above), Upper Credit in National Diploma (ND), HND lower credit and above – you are eligible for the online screening.

Registration Process:

To kickstart your journey, visit the Federal University, Gashua website https://fugashua.edu.ng and follow these simple steps:

1. Click on “Register” to create your account.
2. Fill in the required information to create your UTME/DE screening account, including JAMB number, first name, surname, entry mode (UTME/DE), email address (username), and a password containing uppercase letters and numbers.
3. Click “Register Account.”
4. Confirm your email through the link sent to your inbox and proceed to the payment page.
5. Choose your preferred payment option – either through the bank by printing the invoice (RRR invoice) or via ATM payment.
6. After payment, log back into the site with your username (email address/JAMB number) and password to continue your registration.
7. Follow the steps, including course selection, bio-data form submission with a recent passport photograph, and providing relevant O’ level credits.
8. For the bio-data form, ensure to fill in UTME first and second choices, UTME subject combination, and UTME score.
9. Provide details of previous institutions attended with qualifications obtained and, for DE students, grades obtained from any post-secondary school attended.
10. Upload scanned copies of your certificates and results on the documents upload page.
11. Click submit and confirm your submission.
12. Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a message stating, “Application Submitted Successfully, It Cannot Be Altered. Thanks.”
