Ekiti State University (EKSU) invites qualified candidates to participate in its 2023/2024 academic session Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise. Application Period:
The sale of the online Screening Form/Registration begins on Monday, 4th September 2023.
Cut-off Mark:
The general UTME cut-off mark for the 2023/2024 academic session is set at 140. However, some courses may require a higher score. For a detailed list of EKSU Departmental cut-off marks, candidates can refer to the official website.
Application Fee:
The EKSU Post UTME/DE Application Fee is N2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) only. Payment can be made through the ADMISSION PORTAL, and candidates should be aware of additional bank charges.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have selected Ekiti State University as their preferred choice during the UTME and Direct Entry registration.
- UTME candidates should have a minimum score of 140 and above.
- A minimum of five (5) credit passes in SSCE/NECO/NABTEB in relevant subjects is required.
- Direct Entry candidates must meet specific grade requirements depending on the chosen program.
- JUPEB with a minimum of 7 points is accepted for admission.
Application Procedure:
- Visit eksu.edu.ng and click on ‘PAY FOR PUTME.’
- Choose the mode of entry (UTME or DIRECT ENTRY) and fill in JAMB’s Registration Number.
- Provide necessary personal details and select the desired payment method (CARD or Bank Branch).
- Complete the payment process and ensure accurate details to receive the payment receipt.
- Return to eksu.edu.ng, click on APPLY FOR PUTME, and create an account.
- Log in using your JAMB registration number as the username and your personal phone number as the password.
- Fill in the required details and input the RRR number from the payment verification.
- Upload a 1” x 1” color passport photograph with a red background in JPEG format.
- Submit the completed screening form and print the confirmation.
Application Closing Date:
The deadline for online submission of EKSU Post UTME/Direct Entry application forms will be announced by the school management.
Important Notes:
- Candidates awaiting O’level results should wait until their results are released before applying.
- Direct Entry candidates must send their transcripts to admissions.registration@eksu.edu.ng by October 31, 2023.
- EKSU screening will be conducted online, and failure to participate will disqualify candidates from admission consideration.
