National Open University of Nigeria, Lagos NOUN,commonly known as NOUN, was founded in July 1983 with the goal of bringing education to the doorsteps of all interested Nigerians. - O’level Results: Prospective students must have at least five credit passes in the required courses, including Mathematics and English Language, from no more than two sittings of WAEC, NECO, or GCE.
