Fed Poly Ado Ekiti ND Part-time Admission Form – 2025/2026

The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, has announced the availability of its National Diploma (ND) Part-Time Admission Form for the 2025/2026 academic session. This program offers a flexible learning schedule, allowing students to balance their studies with other commitments.

Eligibility Criteria:

• UTME Score: Applicants who scored 140 and above in the 2024/2025 UTME and selected The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, are eligible to apply, even if they did not meet the required aggregate score for their chosen course.
• O’Level Requirements: Candidates must possess five O’Level credits in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings from WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB.
• NABTEB Applicants: Those applying with NABTEB (NTC) for courses in the School of Engineering (SOE) and School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology (SAAT) must include a core subject from the Trade Related Area (TRA). NABTEB Business Certificate (NBC) is acceptable for business-related courses but not for engineering courses. NABTEB Technical Certificate (NTC) and NABTEB General Education Certificate (NGC) holders can apply for courses in the School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology and the School of Science and Computer Studies.
• Change of Institution: Candidates who scored 140 and above in the 2024/2025 UTME but did not initially choose The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, can also apply for the Evening and Part-Time Programmes.

Application Procedure:

The application process involves two stages:

Stage 1: JAMB CAPS Platform

1. Visit a JAMB Office or any JAMB CBT Accredited Centre.
2. Provide a valid email address and phone number.
3. Pay the JAMB prescribed application and processing fee.
4. This step is necessary to obtain a JAMB registration number and admission letter.

Stage 2: Polytechnic Portal

1. Visit the FEDPOLYADO Application Portal to generate and print an application payment invoice.
2. Select “ND PART-TIME/EVENING” from the programme drop-down menu, choose your desired course, and enter your personal details.
3. Print the invoice and proceed to any bank to pay ₦11,500 on the Remita platform.
4. Alternatively, payment can be made online with a debit card following the instructions on the invoice page. Ensure you print your invoice before making payment with a debit card.
5. After payment, revisit the portal and fill out the application form using the RRR number from the payment invoice. The invoice and RRR must match the applicant’s name.
6. Carefully review your application form before submission.
7. Print the acknowledgement slip and application form.
