We are pleased to inform you that the OKOPOLY admission list for the 2023/2024 academic session has been released. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to check your admission status:

How To Check Federal Polytechnic Oko Admission List:

1. Visit the JAMB E-Facility portal at jamb.gov.ng/efacility/.
2. Log in to your JAMB profile using your username and password.
3. Scroll down to find and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
4. Select your Exam year and enter your registration number in the required columns.
5. Finally, click on ‘Check Admission Status‘ to access your OKOPOLY admission status.

After checking, you will see either “Admission in Progress, Check Back Later,” “Not Admitted,” or “Congratulations.”

For Admitted Candidates:

Successfully admitted candidates are advised to:

1. Log in to their JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) and accept their admission. Failure to accept admission on JAMB profile will exclude candidates from the matriculation list and may affect NYSC mobilization after graduation.
2. Print their JAMB admission letter after accepting the admission.
3. Upload O-Level result(s) on the JAMB Portal at the nearest JAMB Office or JAMB accredited CBT Centre if not done previously.
4. Print the original JAMB result slip with a passport photograph affixed.
5. If the offered program differs from the initial application, make the necessary change of course on the JAMB portal.

For Admission in Progress:

This indicates recommendation for admission with ongoing processing. Consider yourself admitted and keep checking for updates.

For Not Yet Admitted:

Candidates are advised to:

1. Verify O’level result upload on JAMB portal.
2. Check if recommended for transfer to another program.
3. Candidates with awaiting results should upload them on the JAMB and school portals.
4. Monitor admission status regularly for updates.

How to Check on OKOPOLY Portal (once available):

1. Visit the OKOPOLY admission status checking portal here.
2. Select ‘Student Type’ as National Diploma.
3. Choose your session (2023-2024) from the drop-down.
4. Enter your Application Number in the appropriate column.
5. Click ‘Submit’ to access your admission status.
