Valley View Polytechnic, Ohafia Admission Requirements
To be admitted to PeaceLand University, prospective students must meet specific entrance standards.
Undergraduate Admissions Requirements:
- O’level Results: Prospective students must have at least five credit passes in the required courses, including Mathematics and English Language, from no more than two sittings of WAEC, NECO, or GCE.
- JAMB UTME: Prospective students must take the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and achieve the minimal UTME cut-off mark established by JAMB, which is often 180 or 200 depending on the program.
- Prospective students must also take the university’s post-UTME screening exam and achieve the required score to be considered for admission.
- Direct Entry: Candidates seeking admission to the university through the Direct Entry program must have at least Upper Credit or comparable qualifications in relevant disciplines from accredited institutions.
Postgraduate Admissions Requirements:
- O’level Results: Prospective students must have at least five credit passes in the required courses, including Mathematics and English Language, from no more than two sittings of WAEC, NECO, or GCE.
- First Degree: Prospective postgraduate students must have a first degree from a recognized university in a relevant field of study with at least a Second Class Lower Division.
- Transcript: Prospective postgraduate students must submit official transcripts from prior universities.
- Entrance Examination:: Prospective postgraduate students must take and pass the university’s postgraduate admission exam.
