If you’ve applied for admission through UTME or Direct Entry, here’s everything you need to know to ensure a smooth application process.
How to Apply
- Visit the University Website: Log into Taraba State University Jalingo’s official website.
- Payment for Post UTME: Click on the payment for post UTME option.
- Select Mode of Entry: Choose between UTME or Direct Entry (DE) based on your application.
- Fill in Required Information: Complete the online form by providing all the necessary information. Don’t forget to upload relevant credentials.
- Make Payment: After filling out the form, you will be redirected to use your MasterCard, Visa, or Verve Card to make the required payment.
- Print Receipt and Acknowledgement Slip: Once payment is successful, print your payment receipt and acknowledgement slip for future reference.
Eligibility Criteria
To participate in the online screening exercise, you must meet the following criteria:
- Choice of Institution: Only UTME and Direct Entry candidates who selected Taraba State University Jalingo as their first choice of institution are eligible.
- UTME Score: UTME candidates must have scored a minimum of 140 in the 2023 UTME and obtained five (5) O’Level relevant credits, including Mathematics and English, at not more than two sittings.
- Direct Entry Requirements: Direct Entry (DE) candidates must have obtained a minimum of Lower Credit at Diploma, NCE, or IJMB, with relevant five (5) O’Level credits at not more than two sittings.
