Offa Poly Post-UTME Form, Cut-off mark And Screening Details – 2023/2024

1. Choice of Institution: All candidates must have chosen the Federal Polytechnic Offa as their first (1st) choice institution in the 2023/2024 UTME.
2. Minimum UTME Score: Candidates are required to have obtained a minimum UTME score of 120.
3. O’Level Requirements:
   • Candidates must possess the required relevant O’level credit result(s) as specified in the JAMB brochure.
   • The O’level result(s) should be uploaded on JAMB CAPS through a Certified CBT Center.

B. Procedures for the Online Screening Exercise:

1. Visit the Polytechnic Portal: All eligible candidates should log on to the Polytechnic portal at fedpoffaonline.edu.ng.

2. Online Payment:

   • Make the online payment of #2,000 (Two Thousand Naira) only using an ATM card that is interswitch compatible.

3. Fill-in Details and Security Form:

   • Fill in your details and complete the security form on the portal.

4. Upload Credentials:

   • Upload your results and other necessary credentials as required.

5. Print Security Form and Screening Slip:

   • Print out your security form and post-screening slip for reference.

6. Submission:

   • Submit the printed security form personally at the security office located in the Main campus of the Polytechnic along Ojoku road, Offa, Kwara State.

   • Candidates must write their name in full, with the surname first, as indicated on their JAMB RESULT SLIP and O’level results/certificates.

8. Email Address:

   • Candidates must have a personal active email address for communication purposes.

C. Closure of the Screening Exercise:

• All candidates are required to visit the Polytechnic’s Portal www.fedpoffaonline.edu.ng for the screening exercise.
• The Polytechnic Portal will be open for the screening exercise for four (4) weeks.
