Registration Period:
- The registration period is from 11th September, 2023, to 13th November, 2023. Late registration from 14th to 19th November, 2023, will attract an additional fee.
Biometric Verification:
- Biometric fingerprints will be captured during offline registration, and candidates should note that there will be biometric verification during the examination.
Late Registration:
- Late registration between 14th to 19th November, 2023, will attract an additional fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) only.
Walk-in Registration:
- Walk-in registration is available at a fee of Twenty-eight Thousand Naira (N28,000.00) per candidate.
Required Materials
- Passport size photograph (not more than six months old, with a white background).
- Four-figure table at Five Hundred Naira (N500.00) only per copy.
- Waterproof Certificate Jacket Folder at Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) only per candidate.
Attestation/Photo Cards and Examination Timetable
- Candidates must obtain a clear copy of the NECO Photo card from the cybercafe after registration.
- The Referee’s Attestation section of the Photo card should be signed and stamped by a recognized authority.
Visually Impaired Candidates
- Visually impaired candidates should indicate the nature of their disability during the offline application.
Examination Centres
- Examination centres are grouped into neighborhoods within each state. Candidates should select a neighborhood for their preferred examination centre during registration.

General Information
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
