Kwara State University (KWASU) is now accepting applications for its Pre-Degree/Remedial and IJMB/JUPEB programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session. These programmes are designed to prepare students for successful admission into various degree courses at KWASU and other universities.
KWASU Pre-degree/Remedial and IJMB Admissions for 2025/2026 Programme
- Pre-Degree/Remedial Programme: This one-year, non-residential programme aims to help candidates address deficiencies in their WASSCE, NECO, GCE, JAMB, or NABTEB results. Upon successful completion and meeting all necessary requirements, students can gain admission into 100 Level in their chosen courses at KWASU.
- IJMB/JUPEB Programme: Also spanning one academic year, this programme intensively prepares students to obtain admission into 200 Level in any university through Direct Entry.
Admission Requirements
- IJMB/JUPEB: Candidates must have five credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language, at not more than two sittings in O’Level WASSCE, NECO, or GCE.
- Pre-Degree/Remedial: Candidates must have at least three credit passes in relevant subjects, including English or Mathematics, in O’Level WASSCE, NECO, or GCE at a single sitting.

Application Fee:
- Remedial: ₦15,000.00
- IJMB/JUPEB: ₦15,000.00
