How To Check Kogi State Polytechnic (KSP) ND Full-Time Admission List Online Via School And Jamb Portal For 2023/2024 Academic Session [Released]

The management of Kogi State Polytechnic (KSP) has officially released the National Diploma (ND) full-time admission list for the 2023/2024 academic session. Candidates who participated in the admission screening exercise can now check their admission status.

Established in 1993, Kogi State Polytechnic is a government-owned institution located in Lokoja, Kogi State, Nigeria. Accredited by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), the polytechnic offers certificates in Art and Printing, Business, Engineering, Finance, and Science Computing at both the National Diploma and Higher National Diploma levels.

Checking KSP Admission List:

Candidates can check their admission status through the school portal/website or the JAMB CAPS login portal. Here are the steps for both methods:

Via School Portal/Website:

1. Visit the Kogi State Polytechnic admission status checking portal at https://portal.kogistatepolytechnic.edu.ng/Admissionlist/reg_con_stat.
2. Enter your JAMB registration number in the required column.
3. Click on the ‘Proceed’ button to access your admission status.

Via JAMB CAPS Login Portal:

1. Go to the JAMB E-Facility portal at jamb.gov.ng/efacility/.
2. Log in to your JAMB profile using your username and password.
3. Scroll down and click on the ‘Check Admission Status’ tab.
4. Select your exam year and enter your registration number.
5. Click on ‘Check Admission Status’ to view your KSP admission status.

For Admitted Candidates:

Successfully admitted candidates are advised to take the following steps:

1. Log in to the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) and accept the admission.
2. Print the JAMB admission letter after accepting the admission.
3. Upload O-Level result(s) on the JAMB Portal at the nearest JAMB Office or JAMB accredited CBT Centre if not done previously.
4. Print the original JAMB result slip with a passport photograph affixed to it.
5. If the offered program differs from the initial application, make a change of course on the JAMB portal immediately.

Admission Status Responses:

• Admission in Progress: Candidates undergoing processing are considered admitted. Keep checking for updates.
• Not Yet Admitted: Candidates yet to be considered should regularly check the school and JAMB site for any changes.

Important Notes:

• Verify the upload of your O’level result on the JAMB portal.
• Check for any recommended transfer to another program, as per the JAMB CAPS policy.
• Candidates with awaiting results should promptly upload them on the JAMB and school portals.
