Entry Requirements:

• National Diploma (ND):

  • Five credit passes in WASSCE, GCE O-Level, SSCE, NECO, or equivalent, including English Language and Mathematics.
  • Candidates with good passes in City and Guild, National Technical Certificate (NTC), and National Technical Education Board (NABTEB) may also be considered for Engineering and Technology courses.
  • Candidates awaiting results may apply.

• Higher National Diploma (HND):

  • National Diploma (ND) from KENPOLY or other recognized polytechnics with a minimum grade of Lower Credit in a relevant discipline.
  • Possession of the entry requirements for the corresponding ND program.
  • A certified one-year Post-ND Industrial Work Experience in an approved establishment, industry, or business organization.
  • In exceptional cases, ND holders with a Pass (CGPA of 2.00 – 2.49) and two or more years of cognate experience may be considered.

Application Procedure:

1. Visit the KENPOLY application portal.
2. Select the desired part-time program and center.
3. Click “Proceed” and create an account.
4. Make a non-refundable payment of Twenty Thousand Naira (₦20,000) for the application form using Interswitch Verve or Master cards. Additional portal and bank charges of ₦1,500 and ₦300 respectively apply.
5. Upload scanned copies of academic qualifications, birth certificate or declaration of age, and a passport photograph.
