Ilaro Poly Post-UTME Screening Registration For 2023/2024 Session

Are you an aspiring student seeking admission into The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro? The institution has officially opened its doors for candidates who wrote the 2023/2024 UTME and selected Ilaro as their 1st choice or are willing to make the switch.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Candidates who chose The Federal Polytechnic Ilaro as their 1st choice and scored 150 and above in the 2023 UTME.
2. Candidates willing to change their institution to The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro as their 1st choice.
3. Candidates who complete the online Screening Form following the procedure outlined below.

Method of Application:

Prospective students are required to complete the institution’s form online starting from Monday, 10th July 2023. Here’s how you can apply:

Procedure for Obtaining the Online Screening Form:

1. Visit the official website: www.federalpolyilaro.edu.ng.
2. Click on “Portal” in the main menu.
3. Scroll down to “New Application.”
4. Click on the “Generate Invoice” button.
5. Fill in your details, including your name and program of study.
6. Proceed to the bank with the generated invoice and pay a processing fee of Two Thousand Naira only (N2,000.00). Obtain the RRR NUMBER.
7. Return to the portal, repeat steps 1-3, and click on the “Fill Application Form” button.
8. Enter the RRR NUMBER obtained from the bank.
9. Complete the Application Form.
10. Scan and upload the following documents:
    • UTME notification of result slip
    • O’Level Result(s) for candidates who are not awaiting their result(s).
    • Awaiting Result candidates should indicate their year of Examination and Registration Number, putting (AR) in the provided columns. Upload the results once available.
11. Confirm and submit the form.
12. Print a copy of the Acknowledgment Slip for your records.
