Imo State University (IMSU) has officially announced the commencement of its 2023/2024 academic session Post UTME and Direct Entry Screening Exercise. Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have chosen IMSU as their First Choice of institution during the Post-UTME and Direct Entry Registration.

- Direct Entry candidates must hold OND/HND/First Degree, A’ Level, or their equivalents in relevant disciplines.
- Candidates must be at least 16 years of age.
- Interested candidates who did not initially choose IMSU but wish to study there should change their choice via the JAMB website.
Application Procedure:
- Visit the IMSU website at www.imsu.edu.ng and click on the “Admissions” section.
- Choose the option to apply for the 2023/2024 Post-UTME/Direct Entry and select your preferred category.
- Sign up with your JAMB registration number, email, phone number, and password.
- Verify your email and proceed to pay the application fee of N2,000 online or at any bank branch.
- After successful payment, continue the application process, filling the form accurately.
- Submit the application form and print the acknowledgment slip for the upcoming screening day.
Direct Entry Candidates:
Direct Entry candidates must, in addition to the online application, ensure that their transcripts and other relevant documents are forwarded to the Registrar, IMSU, Owerri, before the deadline.
