The Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA) has released its supplementary Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) screening application form for the 2023/2024 academic session. Commencement of Sales:
- The online Screening Form/Registration is available from Monday, 11th September 2023.
Cut-Off Mark:

Application Fee:
- The application fee is N2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) only.
- Payment should be made through the ADMISSION PORTAL, and candidates should be aware of non-refundable fees, including appropriate bank charges.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have chosen FUTA as their first choice during UTME and DE registration.
- UTME candidates must have a minimum JAMB score of 180.
- Minimum of five (5) credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in O’ level examinations.
- Candidates awaiting results are eligible to apply, provided the results will be available before the conclusion of the admission exercise.
- Candidates must be at least 16 years of age.
- Those who did not initially choose FUTA can change their choice via the JAMB website.
Application Procedure:
- Visit the University website (www.futa.edu.ng or https://www.futa.edu.ng/putme/welcome/putmeappindex) for information.
- Log in with your UTME Number.
- Generate RRR, make payment on REMITA platform, and confirm the payment.
- Complete and submit the online Post-UTME Application form.
- Print out a copy of the completed form.
Registration Deadline:
- The deadline for online submission is Saturday, 28th October 2023.
- Candidates who fail to register within this period will not be eligible for the screening.
Screening Exercise Details:
- Dates, venue, and modality of the screening exercise will be communicated to validly registered candidates at a later date.
Requirements for Screening:
- Candidates are required to bring their JAMB UTME Notification of Results/Registration Slips for Direct Entry candidates to the screening venue.
