The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has officially released the list of candidates offered provisional admission into various undergraduate programs for the upcoming 2023/2024 academic session. If you participated in the UNILAG 2023/2024 admission screening exercise, now is the time to check your admission status.

It is one of the first generation universities in Nigeria and is globally recognized for its academic excellence. UNILAG offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs across its three campuses in the Mainland of Lagos.
How to Check UNILAG Admission List:
Candidates can now access their admission status online through the JAMB admission status checking portal. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
- Go to the JAMB E-Facility portal.
- Log in to your JAMB profile using your username and password.
- Scroll down and click on the ‘Check Admission Status’ tab.
- Select your exam year and enter your registration number.
- Click on ‘Check Admission Status’ to view your UNILAG admission status.
Upon checking, you may see “admission in progress, check back later,” “not admitted,” or “congratulations.” If admitted, follow the recommended steps below.
For Admitted Candidates:
Successfully admitted candidates are advised to:
- Log in to their JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) and accept their admission.
- Print their JAMB admission letter after accepting the admission.
- Upload their O-Level result(s) on the JAMB Portal at the nearest JAMB Office or accredited CBT Centre if not done during registration.
- Print their original JAMB result slip.
- If the offered program differs from the initial application, make a change of course on the JAMB portal.
Admission in Progress? Not Yet Admitted? Here’s What to Do:
- Verify whether your O’level result has been uploaded on the JAMB portal.
- Check if you’ve been recommended for a transfer to another program.
- Candidates with awaiting results should upload them on both the JAMB and school portals.
Important Note:
The school management will continue to update the list as they receive approvals from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) for recommended candidates.
