Admission List Status
The KSU admission list includes the names of UTME and Direct Entry candidates who have been offered provisional admission into the degree programs for the 2023/2024 academic session.
How to Check KSU Admission Status
Candidates can easily access their admission status online through the JAMB admission status checking portal. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
- Visit the JAMB E-Facility portal at jamb.gov.ng/efacility/.
- Log in to your JAMB profile using your username and password.
- Scroll down and click on the ‘Check Admission Status’ tab.
- Select your exam year and enter your registration number in the required columns.
- Click on ‘Check Admission Status’ to view your KSU admission status.
Upon checking, you’ll see one of the following results: “Admission in progress, check back later,” “Not Admitted,” or “Congratulations.”
Important Information for Admitted Candidates
Successfully admitted candidates are advised to take the following steps:
- Log in to the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) and accept the admission.
- Print the JAMB admission letter after accepting the admission.
- Upload your O-Level result(s) on the JAMB Portal at the nearest JAMB Office or JAMB accredited CBT Centre if not done already.
- Print the original JAMB result slip (with passport photography affixed to it).
- If the offered program is different from the initial application, promptly make a change of course on the JAMB portal.
Admission in Progress or Not Yet Admitted?
If you see “Admission in progress,” consider yourself admitted, and keep checking for updates. If you receive a “Not yet admitted” response, follow these instructions:
- Verify O’level result upload on JAMB portal.
- Check for recommendations for transfer to another program.
- If you applied with awaiting results, upload them on the JAMB and school portals.
How to Check KSU Admission Status on School Portal
Once the list is available on the university website, follow these steps:
- Go to the KSU Admission Status checking portal at portal.kogistateuniversity.edu.ng/Admissionlist/reg_con_stat.
- Supply your JAMB Registration Number or Surname in the required column.
- Click on “Proceed” to access your KSU admission status.
