- Payment of Acceptance Fee: Upon acceptance, proceed to pay the non-refundable acceptance fee of ₦85,000 through the FUPRE portal.

- Remita printout confirming payment of the acceptance fee, stamped by the Student Accounts Officer.
- Institution’s copy of the JAMB admission letter.
- Original JAMB/Direct Entry result notification.

- Uploaded Senior School Certificate result (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB).
- Birth certificate or age declaration.
- Local government certificate of identification.
- Two reference letters from a clergyman and a public servant of grade 12 or above.
- Letter from sponsor or guardian.
- Eight colored passport photographs.
- Four colored postcard photographs.
