2. Click “Create Account,” fill in your details, and click “Create Account” again at the bottom of the dialogue box to create your account.
3. Make payment for the “Application Form” using the RRR (Remita Retrieval Reference) number generated by the page.
4. Return to the created account after payment to complete the “Bio-data” form.
5. Save the form and print out a copy.

The application form costs N 5,000.00 (Five Thousand Naira) only.
