1. National Diploma (ND) Qualification: Possess an ND in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
2. Industrial Training (IT): A minimum of one year of post-ND industrial training in a relevant field.
3. O’Level Requirements: Five (5) O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings from SSCE, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB.

5. Review and Submit: Ensure all details are accurate before submitting.
6. Print Acknowledgment Slip: After submission, print your acknowledgment slip and the completed application form for your records.
