If you took part in the 2022/2023 admission screening exercise, now is the time to check if you’ve secured a spot in this prestigious institution.
Checking Your Admission Status
To view the 1st Admission List, simply CLICK HERE. The names of successful candidates are available on the school’s portal. Additionally, admitted students are strongly advised to check their admission status on JAMB CAPS and promptly indicate whether to “ACCEPT” or “REJECT” the offer.

Notification of Admission Fee Payment Procedure
Step 1: Log in to the Admission portal and click on “Application Status.”
Step 2: Ensure that the admitted student is aware of this process, and proceed to scroll down to the “Notification of Admission” line.
Step 3: Click on “Click here to print” to generate the Notification of Admission Slip (Application Number is the Registration Number).
Step 4: Take the Notification of Admission Slip to any of the following banks:
- GTbank
- CMFB-Covenant Microfinance Bank
- Zenith Bank
- Ecobank
- UBA
- Access Bank
Step 5: At the bank, obtain a printout with PIN and RECEIPT NUMBER.
Step 6: Log back into the Admission portal.
Step 7: Click on “Application Status” and then on “Click here to Accept Offer.”
Step 8: You’ll be redirected to the Student Portal (https://cuportal.covenantuniversity.edu.ng).
Step 9: Create a new password and confirm. Note that the password is case sensitive.
Step 10: Your Username is the Registration Number (Application Number), and the password is from Step 9.
Step 11: Click on “Student Account” on the Home page of the Student Portal.
Step 12: Select “Make payment.”
Step 13: Choose CU PIN.
Step 14: Enter the amount paid at the bank (e.g., 500350).
Step 15: Click outside the Enter Pin Amount Space to confirm the payment.
Step 16: Click on “Proceed.”
Step 17: Enter the PIN and Receipt Number from the bank.
Step 18: Click on “PAY.”
Step 19: Ensure the transaction is successful. If not, contact 08065276461 via WhatsApp messages only.
Step 20: If the payment is successful, click on the Resumption Icon, fill Resumption Forms, and print Hall Clearance.
ATM Card Option (Interswitch)
Step 1: Log in to the Admission portal and click on “Application Status.”
Step 2: Inform parents/guardians about this process.
Step 3: Scroll down the Application Status Page and click on “Click here to accept offer.”
Step 4: You’ll be redirected to the Student Portal (https://cuportal.covenantuniversity.edu.ng).
Step 5: Create a new password and confirm.
Step 6: Your Username is the Registration Number (Application Number), and the password is from Step 5.
Step 7: Click on “Student Account” on the Home page of the Student Portal.
Step 8: Select “Make payment.”
Step 9: Choose Interswitch to be directed to the payment platform.
Step 10: Enter the amount you intend to pay (with an additional charge for card transactions).
Step 11: If successful, you’ll be redirected back to the portal. If not, contact 08065276461 via WhatsApp messages only.
Step 12: If payment is successful, click on the Resumption Icon, fill Resumption Forms, and print Hall Clearance.
