1. Visit the admission status checking portal: https://portal.fptb.edu.ng/admissions/checkList
2. Select the admission session.
3. Enter your Applicant Name/Application Number.
4. Choose your desired Department.
5. Select the Level of Study (e.g., ND, HND, Pre-ND, Certificate, Diploma, etc.).
6. Choose your admission stream (Batch A or B).
7. Click on the “Display List” button.

Important Notes for Admitted Candidates:

1. The admission offer is contingent upon the confirmation of your qualifications as stated in your application form. Original certificates/Statement of Results must be presented during registration.
2. Candidates with O level results from 2011 or earlier must provide their original certificates for registration.
3. Any discovery of false information in your application form may result in withdrawal from the Polytechnic.
4. Medical fitness is mandatory for registration. Complete the attached Medical Examination form with a qualified Medical Practitioner’s endorsement before registration.
5. Registration with TSHIP in the medical centre is required.
6. Screening and registration are scheduled for December 3rd.
7. Dress code must be decent, with strictly no loose, weird, seductive, or provocative attire allowed.
8. Obtain clearance from the department before making any payment, as no refund will be issued after receipt issuance.
9. Payment of fees must be made in full in the designated banks.
