How to Check Your ATBU Postgraduate Admission Status:

1. Visit the ATBU Postgraduate Portal: To check your admission status, visit the official ATBU Postgraduate Portal at www.pgsch.atbu.edu.ng.
2. Click on “Existing Account”: Once on the portal, click on the “Existing Account” option. Enter your username and password to log in to your account.
3. Check for Green Boxes: If you have been awarded admission, you will notice that all the square boxes below your details will be highlighted in green.
4. Identify Your Offered Course: Below the green boxes, you will find information about the course you have been offered.

5. Payment Process:

   • Two payment options will be available for acceptance and admission letters.
   • Click on the first button to pay for the acceptance letter (N5000).
   • Click on the second button to pay for the admission letter (N2000).
   • You can either make payments online or generate RRR to make payment at the bank.

6. Verification of Payment:

   • After making payments, click on the respective buttons again.
   • Click on the blue button labeled “Made payment at the bank? Click here to verify.”
   • Enter your RRR and click verify to confirm your payment.

7. Download Acceptance and Admission Letters:

   • Once payment is verified, the buttons will change.
   • Click on the buttons one after the other to download your acceptance letter and admission letter.

8. Departmental Clearance:

   • Fresh students should proceed to their respective departments with the payment receipt/Remita printout of their acceptance letter.
   • This is for clearance and the collection of a password to access the online registration platform.
