Apply for NNPC/SNEPCo University Undergraduate degree Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for the NNPC/SNEPCo scholarship, applicants must:

Nationality: Be Nigerian citizens.
Academic Status: Be in their second year (200 level) of full-time study at a Nigerian university accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC).
Academic Performance: Maintain a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.5 on a 5-point scale.
Scholarship Status: Not be recipients of any other scholarship awards from entities within the oil and gas industry, whether national or international.

Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Interested and eligible students should follow these steps to apply:

Prepare Required Documents: Ensure you have electronic copies of the following documents:
- Recent passport-sized photograph in JPEG format (not exceeding 200 KB).
- University or JAMB admission letter.
- Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) result.
- O’ Level result(s).
- A’ Level/OND/NCE result(s), if applicable.
- Letter of identification from your state of origin, indicating your local government area.
- Academic results for your first year of study.

Register Online:
- Visit the official scholarship portal: https://candidate.scholastica.ng/schemes/2024NNPCSNEPCo.
- Click on “Apply Now” and then select “Register Now” to create an account.
- Activate your account through the confirmation email sent to you.
Complete the Application:
- Log in with your registered email and password.
- Fill in your personal and educational details.
- Upload the required documents.
- Ensure that the names on all documents match; if discrepancies exist, provide a sworn affidavit or certificate.
- Review all uploaded documents to confirm clarity and accuracy.
- Submit your application.
Verification:
- After submission, download your profile and have it signed by the Head of Department at your university.
- Upload the signed profile back to the portal for verification.

Application Deadline: All applications must be submitted on or before June 28, 2024.
Cost: The application process is entirely FREE.
