To be eligible for admission, applicants must be at least 16 years old, have a guaranteed means of funding their education, and meet the minimum academic qualifications, which include five credit passes in relevant subjects in the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) or its equivalent.

ND Requirements:
- O’level Results: Prospective students must have at least five credit passes in the required courses, including Mathematics and English Language, from no more than two sittings of WAEC, NECO, or GCE.
- JAMB UTME: Prospective students must take the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and achieve the minimal UTME cut-off mark established by JAMB, which is often 150 or 180 depending on the program.
HND Requirements:
- National Diploma with a minimum of lower credit pass in the discipline
- A minimum of one-year post-ND cognate work experience in the field of specialisation
- Five credits in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics at the SSCE/NECO/GCE or NABTEB O’Level examinations in not more than two sittings
- National Diploma (ND) in the relevant programme with minimum of Lower Credit in the field of interest and five credits in SSCE, NTC, GCE, WAEC, NECO, NBC or NABTEB level.
