Adeyemi College of Education (ACEONDO) has officially announced the commencement of the 2023/2024 admission process. This invitation extends to suitably qualified candidates interested in pursuing various degree and NCE programmes. In this blog post, we’ll guide you through the application process, requirements, and important details to ensure a smooth application experience.
Available Programmes and Entry Requirements:
Degree Programmes (UTME Candidates):
- Minimum UTME score of 200 marks.
- ACE, Ondo must be chosen as the institution of first choice.
Direct Entry (DE) Programmes:
- Minimum of 7 points and at least one (1) Merit Pass in the course of study.
- ACE, Ondo must be chosen as the institution of first choice.
NCE Programme (UTME Candidates):
- Minimum UTME score of 100 marks.
- ACE, Ondo must be chosen as the institution of first choice.
Important Notes for Applicants:
- Candidates who did not initially choose ACE, Ondo as their first choice can still apply but are required to change their institution of first choice to ACE, Ondo before applying.
- Direct Entry candidates must submit hard copies of their NCE results and transcripts to the Division of Admissions and Academic Board in the College.
Application Procedure:
- Visit the official ACEONDO portal portal.aceondo.edu.ng.
- Pay a non-refundable fee of N2,000.00 through Etranzact or REMITA at any Commercial Bank. Online payment using Debit or Credit cards is also accepted.
- After payment confirmation, follow these steps on the College’s portal:
- Fill the online form accurately (Note: No editing is allowed after submission).
- Upload a clear passport photograph without eye glasses or veil (not exceeding 50kb, in JPEG format).
- Upload SSCE (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) and NCE results where applicable.
- Provide O’Level/NCE results meticulously; false information may result in prosecution.
- Cross-check all form fields for accuracy.
- Submit the application form.
- Print out the post UTME screening slip.
Additional Information:
- Candidates awaiting O’Level results should apply once the results are released.
- Upload O’Level results on JAMB Central Processing System (CAPS).
- Prima-facie qualified candidates will be contacted in due course.
- Ensure to provide valid email addresses and phone numbers for communication.
