The Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU) has officially announced the commencement of the Post-UTME registration for the 2023/2024 academic session. Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the MOUAU Post-UTME, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Obtain a minimum score of 140 in the 2023/2024 UTME examination.
- Choose MOUAU as their first (1st) choice during JAMB registration.
- Candidates who initially selected other universities can change their first choice to MOUAU at the JAMB Portal before applying.
Registration Process:
Commencing on July 19, 2023, candidates are required to follow these steps to complete their registration:
- Visit the official MOUAU website at www.mouau.edu.ng.
- Click on the “2023/2024 Admission Screening” banner.
- Click on the specified buttons below to initiate the registration process.
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number.
- Provide a valid email address and phone number for communication and record-keeping.
- This will redirect you to the Remita Payment Platform (RRR) where an RRR number is generated for the payment of N2000. Payment can be made via debit/credit card or by depositing cash at any nationwide bank.
- After payment, return to the website to continue the registration process.
- Validate your payment by clicking on the link: https://portal.mouau.edu.ng/remita/query-remita/
- Proceed with the registration process by clicking on this link: https://portal.mouau.edu.ng/registration/putme/jamb-no-verification.
- Complete the online application form by selecting the proposed department and providing the necessary details.
- Input O’Level qualifying details for WAEC/NECO/NABTEB results obtained in not more than two sittings. Include exam type, year of result, and scratch card details (PIN and Serial Number).
- Fetch results from examining body (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB).
- Confirm the accuracy of the fetched WAEC/NECO/NABTEB result before submission.
- Candidates awaiting 2023 WAEC/NECO results are advised not to register until these results are available to avoid complications.
- Note that some fields are prefilled and cannot be changed.
- Submit the form and take a print-out after executing the Submit button. A copy of the submitted forms will be sent to the candidate’s email for records.

- The University is not responsible for any inaccuracies entered by candidates.
- Candidates are urged to check the University portal for their screening test results 14 working days after the test.
