3. Click on “My Profile” and then “Add/Edit Bio-Data.”
4. Complete the online registration by providing information on bio-data, results, sponsor, next of kin, and upload passport and signature.
5. Click “SUBMIT” to generate a form. Print and keep it for future reference.
