Parcel Exchange
Parcel Exchange is a real-time online trading platform and access to a large community of members where independent owner drivers, courier companies, forwarders, transport companies, retailers and online shops post their availability status on a minute-by-minute basis. The platform allows members to post available loads, journey information and real time vehicle availability status, the system then matches available vehicles (using location/size/availability) with the load requirement and instantly sends a notification via email or SMS to members.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Relationship and Support Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Initiate and maintain one-on-one relationships with our customers through telephone, online, and personal physical visitation when necessary.
- Conduct and administer in-depth training when and where needed for our carriers, sales representatives (as licensed officers),
- Follow up with new and existing customers daily through telephone, online and physical visitation to ensure they download and place orders through our mobile application.
- Prepare the report of sales/expenses from outlets and online campaigns
- Create business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) accounts.
Requirements
- Applicants must reside within Ajao Estate and its environs
- Minimum qualification OND in Marketing / Business Management / Administration or other business-related disciplines
- Applicants must have excellent communication skills and computer savvy.
Salary Range
N30,000 – N50,000 / month.
