Job Title: Inventory Assistant

Job Description
- Assist in planning, preparation, and placing of approved orders and make all adjustments with suppliers on a timely basis.
- Make approved adjustments to book inventories and review daily quantities required, availability and probable depletion.
- Review probable shortages and take action to remedy situation.
- Work with Line manager to determine special needs, situations, or changes required for ordering or delivering of product.
Qualifications
- OND upper credit in any field or SSCE
- Must not be more than 27 years
Job Specification:
- Exceptional time management Communication and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office
