    Job Title: Management Graduate Trainee (Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Shift Manager)

    Location: Lagos(Mainland), Lagos, Nigeria
    Job Type: Full-time

    Job Description

    • Maintain overall quality and service standards.
    • Follow up on management team shift control issues
    • Develop Operations Excellence Audit action plan.
    • Ensure that Health & Safety and Food safety working practices are adhered to at all times
    • Financial planning
    • Develop budget plans and tactics to achieve target.
    • Keep regular contact with customers to obtain feedback on service, food quality and staff friendliness using customer comment cards.
    • Respond to written customer complaints on a weekly basis.
    • Conduct management meetings.
    • Communicate and implement national and local promotions.
    • Manage the implementation of local sales building programmes
    • Ensure outstanding customers’ service is delivered everytime

    Qualifications

    • Should possess B.Sc/HND in any related field
    • Minimum of 2nd class lower division (B.Sc.) or Lower credit (HND)
    • Strong leadership, motivational and management skills.

    Functional Competencies/Requirements:

    • Inventory Management
    • Strong proficiency in MS i.e. use of Excel, Power Point and Word etc
    • Timeliness in updating stock records and other documentation in store
    • Timeliness in accuracy of GP entry.
    • Responsiveness of internal and external clients request.

    • Integrity
    • Pro-active self-starter
    • Assertive and tenacious
    • Ability to work with little or no supervision

    Job Title: Training Administrator

    Location: Lagos

    Job Description

    • Responsible for creating, developing and marketing the training schedule and all training bookings and programs
    • Input training participants’ registration and enrolment details in the training data base and keep records of all training carried out.
    • Liaise with trainers prior to training to assist in planning
    • Set up and maintain the training and office environment
    • Provide support to the trainers and training participants during the training program
    • Update training attendance records, workshop evaluations, produce attendance certificates
    • Manage and maintain Food Concepts Plc’s Training Database so that it is an effective reporting and tracking system
    • Contribute to development and maintenance of policy and procedures related to Training and Development Unit
    • Maintain filing and record keeping related to all trainings in the company
    • Ensure that training course promotional material is updated and approved
    • Manage all the aspects of the training room bookings, both internal and external training
    • Attend and support training and staff team meetings

    • Ensure compliance with all Regulatory and Legal requirements and Link internal procedures and policies
    • Manage the 12 month training calendar

    Qualifications

    • Experienced in similar role for about 2 years
